I (also) would like to learn more Japanese

the journal of Michael Werneburg

twenty-seven years and one million words

Kawasaki, 2020.06.09

I share my son's interest in learning the language of the country in which we'll be living. If I learn more kanji and words it would be way easier for me to understand Japanese, and it would be great if I could do more than survive. It would also be great for making friends, and I could talk to Mari's family (at all). It agree with The Boy that it would also make it easier for me to get a job in Japan and not be stuck at the place that fired me last time.

It would be great if I could understand Japanese more, I would have so many advantages. I hope I can learn as much Japanese as I can, somehow.
