It's 31°C and 68% humidity right now. Not completely terrible. But the building next to mine has a silvery, reflective roof that comes to about the same height as the edge of the exposed part of the outdoor hallway on my floor. It's a southern exposure, and with the still air and that reflective roof next door I could barely breathe the baking air outside my little apartment at noon today. Amazing.
