movie review - Polar

the journal of Michael Werneburg

twenty-seven years and one million words

Toronto, 2019.02.03

This is a grim flick about a semi-retired contract killer who's attempting to live out his life in the woods outside a small town. His past catches up with him, of course, and all hell breaks loose. This movie is particularly unpleasant and unnecessarily callous affair and I found it a bit much.

Not recommended.
