At the grocery store, I took the shopping cart to the shed in the parking lot. Kenny was seated in the cart, and I gave him a kiss on the forehead (wary against head-butts) and said, "Bye!" as I stepped away.
"i want to come too," he said. His mum overhead him add, in Japanese, "if i stayed, it would be a little sad."
