One of the things we're eventually going to do with our business is collect payments via credit card. We won't be doing business with paypal.
I tried contacting paypal about creating a business account. It went badly. The were totally indifferent to answering my questions, and in fact three support staff all answered questions that were wildly different to mine. It took a week to even get that far, so I gave up.
Then today I read a harrowing tale of what it's like to use paypal as a payment transaction service if you're running a business. Yiiikes.
