five years in a home

Today marks the fifth anniversary of our living in this home.

Three good things that happened today:

1. Survived yesterday's old meat
2. Mari is getting interest in the permanent job market
3. A typhoon has freed us of our hot, humid hell at last

Three reasons to be thankful:

1. We're still together; there was some uncertainty in year one
2. People are hale enough, 'round here
3. Everyone seems to be flourishing
