I recently bought a new smartphone after more than five years with an aging Nokia 6.1. I've always enjoyed the photos I got with that phone, and appreciated being able to do things like override the exposure. Anyway, I'd researched the phone purchase in part on Youtube, and its vaunted "algorithm" has been feeding me videos on or referencing that model since.
The only one that got my attention was this just-posted video about the Pixel 7A "winning" a survey with a few million votes on ~60 photos taken with some twenty current smartphone models. I gather I have a lot to look forward to with this new phone's camera. Woohoo!
