skirt caught in bicycle

This morning I spotted a young woman whose skirt had gotten caught in the rear gear assembly of her bicycle. I went home and returned with a pair of vice grips, and with a pair of fabric scissors. By sacrificing at 15cm x 5cm strip of cloth, she was soon free.
Incredibly, this is the second time I've done this in the past three years.
