movie review - Nobody

This movie is a near miss. It aims for "The Long Kiss Goodnight" in which someone from a dangerous past is brought back into the deadly underworld of international espionage. Well, minus the amnesia. OK, so it's a bit more like "RED". But it just turns into a shallow "Bad Boys II" knock-off. The entire back half is compromised of preposterous heroics from a middle-aged man and an even older side-kick. It even has one of those really over-the-top end-credits scenes that ruined "RED II".
Not recommended. Not even for an evening when you just need to get away from everything. You know what? Watch "The Long Kiss Goodnight" or "RED" instead.
