This is an animated movie based on the excellent TV series "The Witcher". It lacks the charisma of the TV series and is as self-serious as it is unpleasant. I'll take it further: by tacking on a very thin origin story that - like "Solo, a Star Wars Story" is completely unnecessary - they do the TV series a dis-service and weakens the story and even the world-building.
Not recommended. Strongly. Avoid this unpleasant and unnecessary mess.
