and they're here!

twenty-seven years and one million words
Nearly four months after I landed on March 6, the family is here!
They arrived after nine. I was out, buying the things the kids had asked for on the ride in, plus some actual groceries (including pre-made meals) and getting some cash at the ATM to pay the fellow. It's funny, but they had to use a private vehicle (a small bus in this case) because they'd have had to wait for their COVID-19 test results inside the airport if they'd declared an intention to take transit. Everyone's exhausted and of course their bodies felt like it was 08:00 in the morning as they walked in the door 2 1/2 hours after sunset.
The kids seem to like the house, which is nice.
