busy as if I had a job

the journal of Michael Werneburg

twenty-eight years and a million words

Toronto, 2017.05.03

Toronto's become a city of new software ventures in the past few years. It's getting to the point that I'm having a hard time scheduling all of the discussions that people would like to have. The funny thing is I mostly spend my time introducing other people rather than talking about a job for me. But it's getting me out of the house - I am riding downtown twice a day as often as not.

rand()m quote

A civilization is a heritage of beliefs, customs, and knowledge slowly accumulated in the course of centuries, elements difficult at times to justify by logic, but justifying themselves as paths when they lead somewhere, since they open up for man his inner distance.

—Antoine de Saint-Exupery
