It looks like the wealthy are planning on pulling the plug on the US. It seems that some of them, anyway, are not happy with the results of the decades-long drive towards imbalance and anti-intellectualism. Or so says The New Yorker, anyway.
As a response to risk, I see capitulation on the fate of your country as a mystifying response. What then, of your decade spent in a bunker or your declining years spent in someone else's country? Too late, I think, to have taken an active hand in your outcomes.
