I took the plunge, and cycled to work in -5°C weather on roads that were mostly clear but naturally still somewhat icy. And I survived!
But I'm slow. It's been three solid months on the TTC. Last night's ride was a nice way to end all of that (if only for a day); there was an aggressive panhandler on the street car who cursed everyone between bouts of bumming for change and telling tales of torturing people for the Sudanese government.
