Apple, quit nagging me about iTunes...

I like many things about my Mac Mini, but iTunes sure ain't one of them. And yet, uninstalling it isn't enough, Apple always wants me to install it through the automated "Software Update" facility. Today I've finally learned how to stop the nagging.
