I just met our new downstairs neighbour; it's 33ºC and he's single-handedly moving his stuff into the apartment.

I was out at 7AM on a grocery run, and came home from that 3km ride dripping. I don't envy our neighbour and in fact as I was loading the car to head out myself, I didn't offer to help.

He seems like a decent chap. It turns out that he runs his own IT business.
