Today at my "project management professional" certification exam prep class, the instructor told us something that amazed me.
Apparently, the PMP "standard" for project management didn't include stakeholders until its fourth edit. This seems .. astonishing.
Otherwise, I'm happy to report that I'm learning a lot. And it's not what I thought I'd be learning, I have to say. Every class has at least one useful revelation.
