string of migraines

I've been enduring a real string of migraines of late.
I took a combination of medicines to make this morning's headache go away, but while the pain was mostly gone I was left with a wretched feeling all day that was so bad I had to go put my head down on the table in the boardroom (one of the benefits of working for a small firm).
Sadly, that's pretty much the story for today. I wonder if this run of migraines could have anything to do with the audit I'm running at work....
