I attended a presentation of my new employer's software for a prospect today. I'd worked for three weeks preparing the demo software....
Happily, everything went without a hitch. I've a long way to go before I'll understand the business needs of our clients well enough to pull of such a demo on my own but I already see a route to how I can get there. Going to be interesting!
As I headed home for the day the cold that has been dogging me set its teeth in. I started shivering uncontrollably and had a really lousy night of fever dreams and sweat.
