Today my partner and I nominated two acquaintances to do some testing with the website storefront for our business. As time goes by we'll be asking more and more people to get involved in the testing and to help us steer the thing into the best shape it can be. As it stands, the store is looking pretty good, with:
- a lean and mean interface that encourages the user to browse and buy with minimum blather
- functional product selection and purchase tools
- great-looking photography
- an extensive body of "knowledge" text should a buyer want it
- a good overall design that's sexy and clean
I'm pretty pleased with our work.
