Today I decided to try my hand at cooking up some sweet potato french fries.
I'm enjoying the fries as I write this, so I guess that's good. But at some point I'm going to have to clean the stove and sink. And I've got pin-hole burns all down the front of my... face and arm. So I've got work to do.
