liver and onions

I made myself liver and onions last night. It was rather good. I was pleased. Now if only they sold the stuff in reasonable quantities! I had so much left over, I'll have to cook it up for lunch as well. Hmmm, I wonder if anyone's ever tried it with chili powder....
