movie review - The Imposters

the journal of Michael Werneburg

twenty-eight years and a million words

Toronto, 2002.09.20

I've seen this period comedy about two destitute actors (Oliver Platt and Stanley Tucci) on the lam on a cruise ship something like three times. I love its tone and slapstick humour and its giddy set characters and its wonky pacing.

Recommended.
