This movie was based on a book which, admittedly, I simply skimmed as my girlfriend was reading it. I found the book to be a little perplexing, but I found the movie more so. It was somewhat disjointed, too, moving from scene to scene with an odd lack of cohesion. It was not so much a poor film as not worth chasing down its many paths.
Not recommended.
