Supremely bad to a cartoonish level. This is a B sci-fi/action movie along the lines of Escape from N.Y., but without the assumption that it's a B movie. It also seems to have cost a lot more. Outrageously bad science, very low-res SFX, and a cast of actors who you suspect were Kurt Russel's friends. Stacey Keach? Steve Buscemi?
Not recommended.
