I took two of my Japanese colleagues to the little hole-in-the-wall Surinamese restaurant near the hotel where two of us are staying. I'm not actually sure how many people from our business unit are here right now, but it is several. The meal took quite some time for whatever reason but we had lots to discuss and it was all good. Especially when you have hand-made spicy plantain chips.
