For the past several months, I've been in a leadership course through work. It's been mostly about the unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that interfere with our maintaining the focus and resilience needed for a leader. My favorite bit was 'the art of fighting' piece. Including a coaching session and a project, it was quite an investment in me by the company and I am a grateful grapefruit.
