Aside from the many other things we're dealing with, we need mobile phones. So, we went to the 7-11 for some Speakout phone SIMs like last year. This year, unfortunately, the website just isn't working and the customer service folks were unable to get us sorted either. It's a bit tricky to get about without a phone, especially if you're navigating through unfamiliar cities - how did we ever manage! But more importantly, there are a number of things we need to work out for getting Ken installed, so we do actually need to get this working.
