Oddly, in my first meeting of the day I was complemented on "always having a positive attitude". This came after my wife complemented my Japanese on Saturday. Obviously, I've had a stroke and am living some day dream in my final minutes.
Three good things that happened today:
- If I've had a stroke, it's all going rather pleasantly
- Even though the GrapheneOS installation borked my NFC payments, I'm enjoying the phone as it is simpler, faster, and has no Google spyware being force on me
- Built a table with my daughter; but that's another tale
Three reasons to be thankful:
- Someone said I had a positive attitude for the first time in my life
- Someone complemented my progress in the Japanese language
- It's the end of a surprisingly challenging year
