I've produced and ordered the annual photo book of the kids; this is volume 18.
Once again, it took quite some time, including collecting photos from people's phones, converting the HEIC files from iPhones into something useful, debating the exact circumstance of some of the photos, making a balanced book out of the results, and then keeping the total page count under control.
The latter has become more important as the cost of the books has steadily risen over the past few years. An 80-page book is now $75 including delivery. Gone are the days of 120-page books!
