movie review - Knowing

This is a science fiction story that feels like Christian apologetics. It's always a roll of the dice when you're watching a Nicholas Cage movie but this one veered from sci-fi into Christian themes such as angels (and the rapture?) territory with such ease it was like there was chaos on set as different voices kept vying for control. Before the ending finally wound down without much point I was seeing it through rather than enjoying it. I usually try not to do that but here we are.
