no starlink for you!

Eurasian airspace, 2025.06.27
On the flight today we passed through the airspace of Pakistan, India, and China. The Wi-Fi refused to provide an Internet connection throughout. I asked one of the stewardesses and she said that they were using Starlink, which apparently has been blocked from operating in all those countries. While I'm not sure how that is enforced, I could certainly understand.
We had Internet service as soon as we entered Korean airspace.
