I've managed to lose weight over X'mas. I decided to weigh myself today after shaving for the first time in days and noticing I looked off. I noticed that I've lost nearly 3kg to just a bit under 100kg. As a weight-loss mechanism, I cannot recommend influenza but it certainly wants to help, in its fashion.
