of frantic trout and old castles

My run without a migraine is already over. I'm now down one of my precious few remaining pills. It's going to be quite a year. We had a lovely lunch at a place in one of the old samurai residences at the "top" of the old castle town of Obi. I say top because that's where the high-ranking samurai lived. We toured the castle grounds and went to see the streets where they have koi in the gutters. I guess that sounds funny. There are also some frantic-looking trout as well, a new addition that I'm not sure works.

Three good things that happened today:

1. Got over the migraine and got on with my day
2. The koi thing
3. Lunch!
