A funny thought occurred to me while I was in a fishing store looking at some of the tiny clear boxes the store sells for tackle; one was just about the perfect size for my camera batteries. This isn't a fishing thing, but rather the concern that the airport security people are now seizing unboxed lithium on the grounds that they could contact metal and catastrophically discharge. I bought a ¥100 box by eyeballing the size, and it fits the battery so well it only rattles in one dimension. I'll insert some padding. Losing a ¥10,000 battery that way is unthinkable.
