a tour of a big building

Today we took a tour of the Romanian "parliamentary palace" arranged by our conference host. Though our guide explained that we'd only seen 5% of the building I was damn impressed by the scale and effort that clearly went in. Incredibly, it only took five years to build, or what I'll now call "one palace".
