end of the line in karatsu

Karatsu, 2024.10.05
This is the end of the JR line on the northern coast of Kyushu. It ends in a castle town called Karatsu, which I was visiting to photograph said castle. I took the train the wrong way out of the main station and found myself once again at the end of a train line. I liked the 8-bit wrap on this train and the stark evening effect evoked by the art filter on my camera (and the fact that it was evening).
This was not only as far as I'd go, but also the final moment of a sixteen-day business trip to Kyushu.
