the geographic center of Tokyo prefecture

Because I live in a small city in the center of Tokyo prefecture, I've tried to identify the exact geographic center.

Here are some pics of the place.

I also once saw a map in some official space, by someone else who had given it a shot. Their site was very close to mine, maybe a few hundred meters to the east.

The photos below are at an intersection close to that site.
