I don't know what was happening in the city's south-west, or how far away that actually is. But watching it, the event seemed to be a fire. I believe it was in Kanagawa prefecture somewhere.

Meaning is not something you stumble across, like the answer to a riddle or the prize in a treasure hunt. Meaning is something you build into your life.
