twenty-eight years and a million words

Way back in 2009, I noticed that I'd written 2,500 entries in this journal. It had taken twelve years. Four short years later in 2014, I'd written another 2,500. I'm not sure what caused the uptick in posting, perhaps it was becoming a parent. Well, it's taken another ten years, but now I've posted my 7,500th post. Here's hoping I live long enough to see the 10,000th!
