I've had a stab at working out where the center of Tokyo prefecture is. Short of using a real geographic information system, I've tried eye-balling a weighted north-south and mated that to a calculated center between the eastern-most and western-most points in the roughly rectangular shape. It's about two kilometers west of our home.
