I note that Canada has reformed its passport process. I have never understood why you'd need two guarantors once you have an existing passport. I've done a lot of risk work, and I just couldn't get my head around the various legal implications. Anyway, they've replaced that with references which is better.
It also seems that there's a hot new passport design that's all modern n shit. I don't mind being one of the last to carry the old style if that's what they give me.
Needless to say, I'm going with a "black and white" photo.
