I put these blue hands on a Guanqin GJ16034. No, they're not "blued", but rather AliExpress cheapies. Yes, I scratched the dial despite using a bag over the hand remover. I'm pleased with this result. You can see I've brushed the lugs as well. And the strap is an over-priced Miltat from Strapcode that I had to sand to make wearable.
