It seems that the new King in the UK (my liege, since I'm Canadian) wanted to go to the next big climate conference. But the new PM - hot off of her success in dropping the currency and scrapping the country's bond market - decided that he can't go. Pretty bizarre, it's not like he can commit "her" country to something.
