why me no grammar
the journal of Michael Werneburg
twenty-seven years and one million words
We met Yagu and went to The Boy's school for an open house today. We did a VR-headset space exploration only my headset wasn't working so I was treated to a flat "welcome" screen the entire time. I closed my eyes and caught about one word in five of the narrated explanation done (quite well from what I could gather) by a high-school student.
My lack of grammar education really shows these days. The Boy sometimes tries to correct me and I don't even understand the explanation because he uses unfamiliar terms. Also, I get a sense of what e.g. volitional form of a verb is in my Japanese studies but .. I guess I'll just have to go to The Boy's discarded English books and find out.
