I've only been back to work for 2-3 days and already it's like I never took two weeks off. I'm run off of my feet and working 10-11 hour days and am falling asleep at 21:00. I did manage to have a bit of change of pace when I went out for drinks with one of my staff, but unfortunately it was to mark his departure.
I have plans, though. Plans to change the current structure of my job and the nature and quantity of the work I'm doing.
