This is a Sci-Fi thing about some genetically-modified humans living in a world that has censured them and placed them under rigid restrictions. I'd like to tell you more about how the story develops, but I gave up. It takes a fair bit for me to abandon a movie but this movie has what it takes in abundance. It's trying too hard where it needs to take it easy, it's extremely self-serious and yet also ridiculous. That's all I can really say.
Not recommended.
