Every year, I make photo books detailing the kids' lives. This year's batch arrived early this week and now they're on their way. I tried to do this myself but the lady behind the counter made it impossible by only offering high-cost, quick-delivery options that I didn't want. When Mari went in to do it, she said the lady was trying to suggest that we ship the books as paperwork for some crazy reason. Of course that broke my pathetic Japanese.
