Today I had two shots at a hospital of a drug supposed to prevent migraine for up to a month. It cost me ¥27,000 (more than $300) and I have to go back every month, but in those months the shot will be only about half. It's a 25km cycle trip to the large university hospital where I get them done, so I get a bit of exercise as well!
