The Girl has been playing with Lego a fair bit, but sadly we had to leave most of it in Canada so she's got way more windows than wall pieces and some of her creations have been a bit rickety. With prices of new Lego being flat out crazy these days I decided to see what I could get on "AliExpress", the giant Chinese retail arm of Alibaba (if I understand all of that correctly). Sure enough, you can have a lot of Lego-like stuff cheap. I've now ordered Y10,000 worth and it will be here "in 30-50 days".
Some day, this COVID stuff will be over and I can talk about something other than stress and online shopping.
